This Privacy Statement applies to the processing of your personal data, for which DB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS acts as the controller. DB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS is not responsible for the processing of personal data by other sites and resources that you might access and use through the Website. Furthermore, we may process any of the above-mentioned personal data for the purpose of dispute management. In this case, the legal basis for the processing is DB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS’ legitimate interest in defending itself in and out of court.

5.4. Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data we have processed in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to other controllers.
5.5. Right to withdraw consent
When processing is based on your prior consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. However, this withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing of your personal data for the period prior to such withdrawal and processing activities based on another legal basis.
