This Privacy Statement applies to the processing of your personal data, for which DB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS acts as the controller. DB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS is not responsible for the processing of personal data by other sites and resources that you might access and use through the Website. Article 1 - General

DB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS complies with applicable regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Article 2 - Processing purposes, legal basis and personal data

While registering and using the Website and/or when you contact us, DB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS processes the following personal data for the processing purposes and on the legal grounds set out below:

In this case, the legal basis for the processing is the necessity for the legitimate interest of DB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS to carry out the said business transactions to implement our business strategies or grow our business.
Furthermore, we may process any of the above-mentioned personal data for the purpose of dispute management. In this case, the legal basis for the processing is DB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS’ legitimate interest in defending itself in and out of court.

5.4. Right to data portability

5.5. Right to withdraw consent
When processing is based on your prior consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. However, this withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing of your personal data for the period prior to such withdrawal and processing activities based on another legal basis.

The processing of your personal data does not include profiling. You will not be subject to any automated decisions.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, specifically in the Member State where you usually reside, where you have your place of work or where the alleged infringement was committed.
